Villa Kerig is situated in a quiet residential area of Callao Salvaje in the sunny South of Tenerife, and statistics show that it is one of the warmest places on the island.
This well appointed private detached 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is situated in a quite residential culd-de-sac and enjoys roadside parking.
Our Villa is only a 10 minutes drive away from Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas, and for Golf lovers there are 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive.
Whilst Villa Kerig boasts its own swimming pool, the pebble beach is only 400 metres away from the villa gate.
The centre of Callao Salvaje with its many shops, restaurants and bars is a 3 minute stroll away yet does not impinge on the peace and tranquility of the villa.

| Price & Availability | Prices for Villa Kerig start at £700 per week, with heating for the private swimming pool being available as an optional extra all year round.
Our normal arrival and departure day is a Friday, however we will try and accommodate alternative days upon request if and when we are able to do so.
